Jubair Ahmed Nabin
I am a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the IUBAT— International University of Business Agriculture and Technology. I am currently seeking fully funded Ph.D. opportunities in Computer Science. My research lies at the intersection of Machine Learning and Cybersecurity, with a focus on building privacy-preserving, robust AI systems that can detect and respond to complex security threats in real-world environments. My work has resulted in publications at IEEE and Springer venues spanning federated learning, intrusion detection, and adversarial robustness.
These questions drive my current work:
- How can federated learning enable privacy-preserving intrusion detection across distributed networks?
- How can deep learning generalize effectively to novel and evolving network security threats?
- How can we design explainable and adversarially robust AI systems that remain trustworthy in deployment?
